Kathy- Yeah, I got it. And yes, Brett caught some fish, which means he brought it home, which means he cleaned it in my kitchen blech! But we took Michelle's advice and froze the remains. And actually Brett said he can use them as bait once crabbing opens up. (I know there's a whole lot you could do with that sentence, Steve, so use some restraint would ya?) He's yet to smoke any of them. I love that, it smells heavenly. I'm not being sarcastic, it really smells good when it's being smoked. It's the wood he uses in the smoker that gives off the wonderful aroma.
