Well, I have to clean the bathroom again today. I don't understand, I just cleaned it last year and it needs it again! J/K that and vacuuming are the two things I do usually keep up on pretty good. Well and the dishes, there's nothing like hairy dishes.
We're having company today again. A friend of mine from a previous job is coming over and bringing her daughter. Her daughter is a year older than Jack. They come over several times a week and hang out. It's nice to let the kids play together. I like having the one on one time that daycares don't really allow for but I also like the idea of him being exposed to other children since he's picked up so many dog habits.
He got in the habit of carrying things around in his mouth when he was crawling because he didn't have his hands free but he's running now and still does it. Now he puts things in his mouth and shakes his head like a dog does with it's prey when it's trying to break it's neck. The baggie of diaper wipes doesn't have a neck nut that doesn't deter him. He also likes to get the dog's toy "ghostie", put it in his mouth and shake it in Franchesca's (the dachsund) face to get her to play with him. I apologize for anyone who thinks it's gross that he puts dog toys in his mouth but after all the times Franchesca has put her tongue in his mouth "kissing" him I doubt it's going to hurt him.
Anyway, the point is that he's learned most of what he knows from the dogs and I think it's time he had some interaction with other kids. Of course my friend's daughter was barking when I talked to her on the phone last week so we might not be getting anywhere with this.

A child that acts like a dog. That doesn't run in our family.
Yeah, I remember a family story about a little guy who barked at the gas station attendant and also drank out of the dog's dish.
LOL, you 2 are so naughty to each other!
LOL, Jack sounds like a normal little guy Cassie! Just as long as he doesn't wiggle his tail when you walk in the room :)
oh no, that's the first thing he does! lol :)
