Ok, Ok. I'm back. Steve, quit nagging me. I've been busy. Karen (my best friend since 6th grade) has been in town visiting. She's mostly hanging out with her family but we've hung out too. My husband and I also went out to see a movie for the first time since Jack was 4 months old (he's 19 months now). And of course we had church on Sunday. So now I'm back and Steve can get off my back.
We have been going to the playground lately. It's nice because Jack just loves it and it really wears him out. There is an area for kids 5 and under and it's all fenced in. But Jack likes the big kid area best. They have little "phone tubes" that you can talk in and someone across the playground can hear you. He likes that, he always talks in them and then puts his ear against them and waits. Poor little guy is confused when no one answers him. He heard Daddy talking through it once and I guess he figures that's how to get a hold of him. He also goes looking for Daddy in the playhouse, cause Daddy was hiding in there once or twice. I guess he figures Daddy hangs out at the park during the day when he's not at home.
I made a call on my cell phone the other day while we were in the car and Jack took his pacifier out of his mouth and stuck it in his ear and started babbling and shaking his head and then nodding. When I finished my call he took his pacifier out of his ear and put it in his mouth again. He's so funny that way.
Well I have to go. I need to get ready for another trip to the park. I'll write again soon.

I just love Jack stories.
I can just picture the look of confusion when he gets to the playhouse and dad isn't there. Kids are great
