Funny Things My Son Does

This is what happened when I told Jack to "smile".

He hides his raisins in the cupboard of the television stand (I wondered how they disappeared so fast!) they're really not his favorite food.

He came running to me holding his hand out and yelling at the top of his lungs; "Mom hand hurt kees (kiss), NOW!" Everything he wants us to do he wants done "NOW!" Cute but not always.

He hates wearing clothes and does it as little as possible although I expect that's not much different than other kids. I'm not sure other kids initiate WWIII over it though.

Anytime anyone "toots" he yells "Poopin', poopin'!" so there's no chance in heck that you're going to get away with it. He can hear the quietest "toots".

He goes to bed with his pacifier. In fact he has to have at least 3, one in each hand and one in his mouth. He prefers to also have one under his pillow.

He plays hide-n-seek with anything, and I do mean anything (as those of you who are closest to us know). He puts his spoon in his applesauce and says "Where go?" and then yanks it out and says "There is!".

There are more things of course but alas, I am out of time.

I must tell you, my wife and I were looking at your site and were laughing at this post so hard we got tears in our eyes. We have a nine-month-old and already she is going nuts with the pacifiers. Thanks for the kind words on my site. Have a great day.

Oh my a nine month old! You are in for so much fun!! I'm excited for you. My mom always says she can't believe we get through the day without laughing so hard we cry because Jack is so fun. I wish you nothing less with your little one.
