I feel soooooo bad for this little boy. He is 5 years old and when his mom collapsed he called 911. The operator apparently told him to quit playing on the phone. Help didn't arrive until somewhere between 1-3 hours after he called. He was the only one home with his mom. He must have been so horribly scared. I hope they figure out what went wrong. I generally try not to rush to judgement but this story just strikes a nerve and I'm having a hard time not wanting the operator to be fired immediately.

OMG, how terribly sad and tragic. That poor little boy :(
If the operator was/is found to negligent i hope she gets her arse kicked.
That is the sadest story.
