Where did all the energy go?

I have been so exhausted lately. I've also lost five pounds. You wouldn't think that working for 5.5 hours a day would cause this to happen. Not that I'm complaining about losing weight. Anyone who knows me knows that I would be crazy to complain about that. It does bother me to be so tired. I've been going to bed before 8 every night (except tonight) and that's just ridiculous. Maybe it's got to do with my age. I'm turning 30 this year. I know, I don't look that old. Thanks that makes me feel better, even if you didn't say it until I told you you did. I'm not upset about turning 30 but I always feel a little bittersweet about these kind of things. I don't do well with change and this is change, albeit subtle change, it's change nontheless. Well I guess I'll get going now. I just didn't want my followers (you)to miss me too much. :) Don't mind me, it's 2 hours past my bedtime.

Lol! I could do without the coffee, but the caramel might be nice. :)
I have been running up and down stairs a lot and we have to park far away from the building due to construction at the plant. This is a big change from the exercise I was getting before chasing Jack around. You'd think I'd be used to it by now, it's been 2 weeks. We don't have stairs at our house. I think it would be nice though if we did. I think it would keep me at least in a little better shape.

I work too, and I've lost all kinds of things. Pens, reports, phone numbers...

And I know you don't look 30. You get that from me. You're welcome. And your brother is the same way. Just like my dad never looked his age. It's a blessing.
