Well it's been raining all day. I have wished for rain (I enjoy rainy days, I find them soothing and calm) all summer until I started Letterboxing. Now I want to get out there and hike around but I can't since it's wet and icky and I don't want to have Jack out there getting a chill. The past two days I've watched my best friend's niece. Karen, my best friend, lives in Michigan but her family lives here and her brother and his girlfriend needed someone to watch their little girl. She is nearly 3 (in about 3 months)and she is very adorable. She is a good girl too. She is so sweet with Jack. Today Jack decided all on his own he wanted to give her a kiss (he won't kiss his mama for all the chocolate in WA) and she pushed out her bottom lip like she was pouting and gave him a kiss. And when she takes toys away from him and I ask her about it she gives them back without me having to make her. She is just a sweetie and Jack has really enjoyed having a friend around. When it's time for her to go home she says "No, I go to Cassie's house" (it doesn't occur to her that she is already at my house) and then she asks for a cracker (because yesterday Brett kept giving both kids saltines).
Otherwise there's nothing going on. Just doing schoolwork and taking care of the boys. I think I'll go to bed now. It's almost 8pm, that's an acceptable going to bed time. Anything before 8 is too early. Well now I'm rambling so I'll chat at everyone later.
