Early Morning Adventures
Well we got up pretty early this morning with Jack (actually I never went to sleep). He was coughing really bad and couldn't catch his breath and when he would take a breath in his breastbone would suck in really deep. I talked to the nurse at the hospital on the phone and she said to bring him in to the Children's Hospital. He's doing fine now. They gave him a steroid and it's helped a lot.

Sorry to hear that Jack's under the weather. Hope it clears up quickly. Give him big hugs for me...and you try to get some rest, too!
Poor kid. I blame all the people who didn't support President Hillary Clinton's socialized health care program.
Yeah cause the main cause of croup is the private health care system.

It's awful when our babies are ill, you wish you could put yourself in their place and take the pain for them.
So sorry, when kids are ill it is so heartwrenching and so many times there is absolutely nothing you can do! We just got over a month of colds, finally the third week I went in for antibiotics.
Yeah, it's been getting around in this area hasn't it? We've all had colds and my DH and me both have had the flu. It looks like Jack will get out of getting that. He had his flu shot this year.
